Ep 54 is out! And tomorrow ... we sleep. Hopefully.

This week starts with a debate about whether Sophia is actually Sophia Rose (according to Bradley... legally, apparently not 😅).

From there, things spiral exactly as you’d expect.

We talk about finally taking the leap into sleep training, Sophia’s most embarrassing public bathroom story to date (which somehow involves Bradley’s mom), Bradley discovering his lifelong spirit animal may have been a pigeon all along, and a surprisingly heartfelt conversation about whether we’re done having kids.

It’s a little vulnerable. And also embarrassing.

😴 Tomorrow’s The Day...

Tomorrow, we officially start sleep training.

To be honest... we’re a little emotional about it.

We had our first call with our sleep consultant this week, talked through Grayson’s sleep habits, and were given a plan that (hopefully 🤞) fits our family.

Now all that’s left is... actually doing it.

We’ve heard everything from “It changed our lives!” to “Those first few nights are brutal,” so we’re walking into this with equal parts hope and nerves.

🎂 Speaking of Grayson, One More Birthday Photo...

We shared a lot from Grayson’s birthday over on Instagram last week, but somehow this photo never made it over there.

We’re still trying to wrap our heads around the fact that he’s one.

How did that happen?

It feels like yesterday we were bringing him home from the hospital, wondering if we were doing literally anything right... and now he’s got opinions, a sense of humor, and somehow manages to keep us laughing every single day.

Time really is the thief everyone warns you about.
